According to general instructions , in order to become a member of EPC , an exporter has to file a prescribed format application which is being guided above

A] An application form where product details are specified for Registration cum membership certificate is required.

B] The certified copy of the Import Export Code [IEC] being issued by concerned licensing authorities.

C] A copy of the Bank certificate is being required or needed in order to verify the applicant financial capabilities and detail.

D] The SSI/IEM certificate is being required where the registration is to be sought as the manufacturer exporter.

E] A declaration to be needed in relation to the effect on the export and import in the previous financial year.

F] The partnership deed for the partnership firms and in case of companies the copy of memorandum and articles of association is needed to be provided.

Whenever there is any violation of RCMC registration conditions ,the registering authority has the complete powers to de-register RCMC holders.

However there will be a show cause notice to be served to RCMC holders and a reasonable opportunity would be given to make a representation against the proposed de registration.

One can make an appeal within a time period of 45 days against the de-registration through an aggrieved party to DGFT or other agencies.The decision taken from their end shall be considered as final and binding.
