DAS popuarly known as Digital Addressable System is the license which can be taken if taken necessary steps to run a business of Multiple System Operator (MSO) in India . The sole authority that grants the DAS MSO license in India is MIB( Ministry Of Information & Broadcating ).
Once issues the DAS license is valid for the period of 10 years , and has to be renewed thereof . Goverment charges ₹ 1,00,000 as fees for giving away the license , which is restricted to one MSO . What Are Document Required For DAS MSO License In India?
Following documents are required to obtain DAS (MSO) license:
-Post office license
-PAN card of firm/company/proprietor
-Income tax return of firm/company/proprietor (N/A for new firm and company)
-Service tax return/ registration copy (or applied of copy) in case of new firm or company
-Entertainment tax return/ Registration of copy ( or applied for a copy) in case of new firm or company, if applicable in your state.
-Authorization letter in case of partnership firm or company.
-Channel list
-LCO List in case of old firm or company
-Copy of equipment quotation
-Audited balance sheet of firm or company
-Net-worth certificate by CA
-Copy of bank account
-Biodata of proprietor/ partner/ Directors
-Form 6
-Affidavit (2 types)
-DD of One Lakh
-Post office license
