Chartered Accountant

Support reliable financial records, thoughtful tax and compliance work, and clear reporting for business clients.

Job ID: BIAT-HR-2026-005NoidaMumbaiBengaluru

About the role

The Chartered Accountant role combines technical financial work with practical client coordination. You will help examine accounting records, prepare or review financial schedules and support tax, compliance and reporting assignments within an agreed professional scope. The role suits a qualified CA who values accuracy, understands the importance of evidence and can explain financial matters in language business teams can use. Responsibilities will be allocated according to experience, professional eligibility and the requirements of each engagement.

Your responsibilities

  • Review accounting records, reconciliations and financial schedules, identifying inconsistencies and missing support.
  • Prepare or review management reports, financial statements and analytical workings relevant to assigned engagements.
  • Support income-tax, GST, TDS and related compliance work by coordinating accurate information and review steps.
  • Assist audit or assurance assignments where appropriately scoped and professionally permissible.
  • Discuss financial findings, cash-flow movements and reporting questions with clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with legal and CS colleagues when transactions require financial, tax and corporate inputs to align.
  • Maintain working papers, review notes and a clear record of assumptions, approvals and pending information.

What you bring

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with ICAI membership details available for verification.
  • Sound understanding of accounting, financial reporting and Indian tax and compliance concepts relevant to the role.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with accounting software and financial schedules.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and manage competing assignment priorities.
  • Professional judgement about evidence, confidentiality and the boundaries of audit or certification work.
  • Relevant practice authorisation where a particular assignment requires it.

What good work looks like

Success means reliable workings, timely identification of issues and financial outputs that management can understand. The quality of reconciliations, supporting evidence and review documentation matters as much as completing a checklist. Professional requirements must remain clear when advisory, accounting and assurance work are involved.

Share your qualification, membership details, relevant areas of experience, preferred city and availability. Describe your exposure to accounting systems, tax work, reporting or assurance assignments without sharing client-confidential documents.
